Description: Woven sagebrush sandals unearthed from Fort Rock Cave, Lake County, Oregon, United States, on exhibit at the Oregon Historical Society Museum in Portland (catalog numbers 80-122.1 and 80-122.2). Dated at ca 9300 BP, these are some of the oldest footwear yet discovered.
