Imperial Fields is a football stadium located in Mitcham, south London. It is the home ground for Tooting & Mitcham United F.C.. The Chelsea L.F.C. women's team also used to play here. The stadium first opened in 2002. It can hold up to 3,500 people, with 612 seats available.

Football at Imperial Fields
Home of Tooting & Mitcham United
Tooting & Mitcham United F.C. moved to Imperial Fields in 2002. Before this, their old stadium at Sandy Lane was made of wood. It was considered a fire risk, so they needed a new home.
Visiting Teams and Record Crowds
In the 2017–18 football season, Dulwich Hamlet F.C. also played their home games at Imperial Fields. They shared the stadium because of problems with their own ground.
Imperial Fields saw its biggest crowd on 7 May 2018. A total of 3,321 fans came to watch Dulwich Hamlet win their play-off final. For Tooting & Mitcham United, their largest crowd was 2,637 people. This happened during a 1–1 draw against A.F.C. Wimbledon on 16 April 2005.
Women's Football History
Imperial Fields has also hosted important women's football matches. The very first game of the FA WSL was played here. This historic match took place on Wednesday, 13 April 2011. Arsenal played against Chelsea. Arsenal won the game 1–0, with a goal scored by Gilly Flaherty.
