Robert "IronE" Singleton (born November 30, 1975) is an American actor. He is famous for his roles in movies and TV shows. You might know him as Alton from the movie The Blind Side. He also played Theodore "T-Dog" Douglas in the popular TV series The Walking Dead. After leaving The Walking Dead, he still connects with fans. He also created his own show called Blindsided by The Walking Dead.

IronE Singleton was born and grew up in Atlanta, Georgia. He went to the University of Georgia. There, he studied speech communication and theatre. He also played football for the Georgia Bulldogs team. He played as a defensive back for two years. Later, he switched to playing as a running back.
