Isabel Plácida Bonig Trigueros (born on February 25, 1970) is a Spanish politician and a lawyer. She is a member of the People's Party, which is a major political group in Spain.
Isabel Bonig has held several important roles in her career. She was the mayor of La Vall d'Uixó, a town near Castellón, from 2007 to 2011. After that, she became a Minister for Infrastructure, Territory, and Environment in the Valencian government from 2011 to 2015. Since July 28, 2015, she has been the leader of the People's Party in the Valencian Community.
