Isac Elliot Lundén (born December 26, 2000) is a talented pop singer, songwriter, dancer, and actor from Finland. He is well-known for his hit song "New Way Home". His first album, Wake Up World, came out in 2013. Both the song and the album became very popular in Finland and Norway. His second album, Follow Me, was released in 2014 and also did well on the music charts.

How Isac Started His Music Career
Isac Elliot began his music journey at a young age. He was a member of a boy choir called Cantores Minores. He also performed in musicals at the Svenska Teatern. These musicals included Cabaret and Kristina från Duvemåla. In 2012, his song "Pop Goes My Heart" was featured in the movie Ella ja kaverit.
Rising to Fame: Albums and Tours
Isac Elliot released his very first song, "New Way Home," on February 14, 2013. This song quickly became a hit.
In March 2013, Billboard magazine recognized him as a rising star. They placed him 11th on their "Next Big Sound" list. A documentary film about Isac's career, called Dream Big – The Movie, was shown in cinemas on February 14, 2014.
His second studio album, Follow Me, came out on November 7, 2014. This album was created in several cities, including Helsinki, London, Stockholm, and Los Angeles. He worked with talented producers like Jonas W. Karlsson and Axel Ehnström. After releasing Follow Me, Isac Elliot went on a "Save a Girl" tour in late November 2014.

Isac Elliot is from the Swedish-speaking community in Finland. His father, Fredrik "Fredi" Lundén, is also a musician. He is the lead singer for a band called The Capital Beat.
