Isac Elliot Lundén (born on December 26, 2000) is a talented pop singer, songwriter, dancer, and actor from Finland. He is famous for his hit song "New Way Home" and his first album, Wake Up World, both released in 2013. These became very popular in Finland and Norway. His second album, Follow Me, came out in 2014 and also did well on the music charts in both countries.

Starting Out as a Singer

Isac Elliot began his music journey at a young age. He was a member of a boys' choir called Cantores Minores. He also performed in musicals at the Svenska Teatern. These musicals included Cabaret and Kristina från Duvemåla. You might have heard his song "Pop Goes My Heart" in the 2012 film Ella ja kaverit.

Isac Elliot released his very first song, "New Way Home," on February 14, 2013. This song quickly became a favorite among fans.

In March 2013, a big music magazine called Billboard noticed him. They put him on their "Next Big Sound" list, which highlights rising stars. Isac was ranked 11th!
