Isham Franklin Norris Jr. (born October 15, 1851 – died September 23, 1928) was an important African American businessman and politician. He was also known as Isaac Norris. He first became well-known in Memphis, Tennessee. Later, he moved to Oklahoma Territory and then to Seattle, Washington.
