Where is Itá Enramada?
This neighborhood is located at the very southern tip of Asunción. To its west and south, you'll find the wide Paraguay River. To the east, it shares a border with the city of Lambaré. To the north, it's next to other Asunción neighborhoods called Santa Ana and Republicano.
The Port of Itá Enramada
A very important part of this area is Puerto Itá Enramada. This is a naval port found south of the neighborhood. It's busy because it offers a service that connects Paraguay to Puerto Pilcomayo in Argentina. This means boats and ships can travel between the two countries from here.
