Jaan Sarv (Võro: Sarvõ Jaan; 21 December 1877 – 23 August 1954) was an important Estonian mathematician and teacher. He spent most of his life working as a professor at the University of Tartu. Sarv helped create the very first math education materials in the Estonian language.
