Jack Renfrey Tame (born in March 1987) is a well-known New Zealand journalist and presenter. He works in both television and radio. Jack is famous for hosting the political show Q+A on TVNZ. He also presents shows on the radio station Newstalk ZB.

Early Life and Education
Jack Tame grew up in Christchurch, New Zealand. He is the oldest of four children. His mother, Linda Tame, was a school principal. His father, John Tame, worked in accounting.
Jack went to St Martin's Primary School in Christchurch. Later, he attended Cashmere High School. He then studied at the New Zealand Broadcasting School, which is part of CPIT (now called Ara Institute of Canterbury). This is where he learned the skills for his career.

Jack Tame has had an exciting career in broadcasting. He used to be the United States correspondent for TVNZ. This meant he reported on news from America while living in New York City. He also co-hosted the morning television show Breakfast.
Current Roles in Media
Today, Jack has several important roles. He hosts the Saturday morning show on the radio station Newstalk ZB. You can hear him from 9 AM to 12 PM. He also sometimes fills in as a presenter for the Mike Hosking Breakfast show during weekdays.
Since April 2019, Jack has been the main host of Q+A. This TVNZ show focuses on politics and current events. He also writes a column for the Herald on Sunday newspaper.
Personal Life
Jack Tame is married to Mava Moayyed, who is also a reporter for TVNZ. He is a stepfather to her son.
