Bishop Jacqueline E. "Jackie" McCullough was born on January 14, 1950. She is the founder and leader of The International Gathering at Beth Rapha. Bishop McCullough is also a writer and a gospel musician. Her first album, This Is for You Lord, came out in 1998. It was released by Zomba and GospoCentric Records. This album became very popular on the Billboard magazine charts. It reached high spots on both the Gospel Albums and Christian Albums charts.

Early Life and Calling
Jacqueline E. Phillips was born in Kingston, Jamaica, on January 14, 1950. Her parents were ministers, and they moved to New York City when she was a child. Jackie first worked as a registered nurse at Harlem Hospital Center. She had big dreams of becoming a medical doctor, perhaps a pediatrician. During this time, she faced many personal challenges. These difficult experiences inspired her to grow stronger in her faith.
Education and Helping Others
Bishop McCullough used her life's challenges to deepen her spiritual journey. She went on to study at the Jewish Theological Seminary of America. She earned her Master's degree in Philosophy from New York University. Later, she received her Doctorate degree in Ministry from Drew University.
She is the pastor and founder of The International Gathering at Beth Rapha. This church is located in Pomona, New York. She also started and leads JEM Ministries, which is a non-profit organization. Bishop McCullough is also the founding President of Beth Rapha Christian College and Theological Seminary. This college is in Tampa, Florida.
A Gifted Author
Bishop McCullough has written four books. These books share her wisdom and faith with others. Her books include 105 Days of Prayer and Satisfaction of the Soul. She also wrote a devotional book called Daily Moments with God: in Quietness and Confidence. Her most recent book, The Other Side of This, was released in August 2012. She published this book through her own company, Bright Light Publishing.
Music Career Highlights
Bishop McCullough began her music recording career in 1998. Her first album, This Is for You Lord, was released on October 20, 1998. It was put out by Zomba Records and GospoCentric Records. This album was very successful. It reached No. 11 on the Billboard magazine Gospel Albums chart. It also reached No. 33 on the Christian Albums chart.
She released a second CD titled "The New Sound". This album came out on January 1, 2010. It features Christian and Gospel music, including spoken word.
