Jacqueline Coromoto Faría Pineda is a politician from Venezuela. She has held several important roles in the Venezuelan government. She was the head of the state mobile phone company Movilnet. She also served as the Minister of Environment and Natural Resources from 2005 to 2007. Later, she led Caracas' water company, Hidrocapital . By profession, she is a hydraulic civil engineer. From 2005 to 2007, Jacqueline Faría was the Minister of Environment and Natural Resources. In this role, she was in charge of protecting Venezuela's natural environment. She also managed resources like water and forests.
In 2009, she became the first Head of Government for the Venezuelan Capital District. This district includes the city of Caracas. She held this position until 2014. During this time, she oversaw many important functions for the capital city.
