Jada Leanne Mathyssen-Whyman (born 24 October 1999) is an Australian soccer player. She is a goalkeeper, which means her job is to stop the other team from scoring goals.
She plays for the club AIK in Sweden's top soccer league, the Damallsvenskan. She also plays for the Australia women's national team, known as the Matildas.

Early Life and Background
Jada Mathyssen-Whyman was born in Wagga Wagga, a city in New South Wales, Australia. She is proud of her Aboriginal Australian heritage and is a descendant of the Wiradjuri and Yorta Yorta peoples.
To follow her dream of becoming a professional soccer player, Jada's family moved from Wagga Wagga to Canberra and later to Sydney. In Sydney, she went to Westfields Sports High School, a special school that helps talented young athletes develop their skills.
Club Career
Starting Out
Whyman began her soccer journey at a young age. Her first major club was Macarthur Rams in Sydney, which she joined in 2013 while still living in Wagga Wagga.
Western Sydney Wanderers
In 2015, when she was a teenager, Whyman signed with the Western Sydney Wanderers. She played seven games in her first season. Unfortunately, she tore a muscle in her thigh during a game, which meant she had to miss many of the season's matches.
Move to Europe
After playing for Sydney FC for several successful years, Whyman decided to move to Europe. In August 2024, she joined the Swedish club AIK.
International Career
Whyman has represented Australia on several national teams.
- Under-17 Team: She was first chosen for the Australian under-17 team in 2013 when she was only thirteen years old.
- Under-20 Team: She later played for the under-20 team. She made her first appearance in a 2–0 victory against Uzbekistan.
- Senior National Team: In 2018, she was selected for the senior national team, the Matildas, for friendly matches against France and England.

Whyman is a highly skilled goalkeeper and has won many awards for her performance.
