Jaelen Feeney (born 14 October 1994) is an Indigenous Australian professional rugby league player. He plays as a five-eighth, halfback, or fullback. He currently plays for the Townsville Blackhawks in the Queensland Cup. Before that, he played for the Newcastle Knights in the NRL.

Jaelen Feeney was born in Sydney, New South Wales. He is from an Indigenous Australian background. When he was young, his family moved to Queensland.
Early Rugby League Days
Jaelen started playing junior rugby league for the Nerang Roosters. He went to Keebra Park State High School and Palm Beach Currumbin. These schools are known for their strong rugby league programs. Later, the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs signed him to their team.
Jaelen's Playing Career
Starting His Career
In 2013, Jaelen Feeney played for the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs' NYC team. This team is for younger players. In 2014, he joined the Newcastle Knights and played for their NYC team too.
On 3 May 2014, he played for the Queensland under-20s team. They played against the New South Wales under-20s team. In 2015, he moved up to the Knights' New South Wales Cup team. This is a step closer to the top league.
On 3 September 2015, he signed a new two-year contract with the Knights. On 27 September, his team won the 2015 New South Wales Cup Grand Final. They beat the Wyong Roos in an exciting game.
Playing in the NRL (2016-2017)
Jaelen Feeney made his big debut in the NRL in 2016. This was in Round 1 of the 2016 NRL season. He played for Newcastle against the Gold Coast Titans. He played six games for Newcastle during that season.
In 2017, Jaelen played 20 more NRL games for Newcastle. The team had a tough season and finished last. After the 2017 NRL season, Jaelen left the club.
Moving to Townsville (2018)
Before the 2018 season began, Jaelen Feeney joined the Townsville Blackhawks. This team plays in the Queensland Cup, which is a strong competition in Queensland. He has been playing there since then.
