Jhake Angelo Cunanan Vargas (born July 9, 1992), known as Jake Vargas, is a Filipino actor and musician. He started his career in 2008. Jake is well-known for his roles in many hit TV shows on GMA Network. Some of these shows include Stairway to Heaven, Reel Love Presents Tween Hearts, and Captain Barbell. He is especially famous for playing Chito Manaloto in the funny TV show Pepito Manaloto.
Jake Vargas has also acted in movies. He starred in films like Tween Academy: Class of 2012 and My Kontrabida Girl. For his acting in the movie Asintado, he won a "rising star" award. This award was given at the WorldFest-Houston International Film Festival. He was also nominated for "Best Actor" at the 2015 FAMAS Awards.
