Jan Henry Tungeland Olsen (born August 20, 1956 – died July 10, 2018) was an important Norwegian politician. He was a member of the Labour Party. He served as the Minister of Fisheries for Norway from 1992 to 1996. During talks about Norway possibly joining the European Union, he became known as "No-fish Olsen." This was because he famously said he would not give away any fish to the EU.
