Jannes-Kilian Horn (born February 6, 1997) is a German professional footballer. He plays as a left-back, which is a defensive position on the left side of the field. Jannes currently plays for SK Rapid Wien, a football club in Austria.

Jannes Horn started his football journey in youth teams. He spent many years training and playing at VfL Wolfsburg. This is a well-known club in Germany.

Early Career at VfL Wolfsburg

Jannes was promoted to the main team at VfL Wolfsburg during the 2016–17 season. This was a big step for him. It meant he was ready to play with the senior players.

Moving to 1. FC Köln
