Playing Career Highlights
Jannes Horn started his football journey in youth teams. He played for VfL Wolfsburg during his younger years. He worked hard and was promoted to their main team for the 2016–17 season.
Joining 1. FC Köln
In June 2017, Jannes made a big move. He joined 1. FC Köln, another well-known German club. This team had recently earned a spot in the UEFA Europa League, which is a major European football competition.
Loan to Hannover 96
On August 15, 2019, Jannes went on loan to Hannover 96. This meant he played for them for the 2019–20 season. During this time, he tested positive for COVID-19. The club confirmed his case was separate from any other player's.
