Jardine Comyn was an important person in Scottish history. He was also known as Jordan. He held the title of Lord of Inverallochy.
Jardine was the son of William Comyn, Lord of Badenoch. His father later became the Earl of Buchan. Jardine received land from his father when William became an Earl.

Jardine Comyn was the son of William Comyn, Lord of Badenoch and his first wife, Sarah Fitzhugh.
In 1225, Jardine received the lands of Inverallochy in Buchan from his father. His father, William Comyn, became the Earl of Buchan through his marriage to Margaret, Countess of Buchan. This means he gained the title because of his wife.
This gift of land was officially confirmed in a document called a charter in 1277. This confirmation was made by Jardine's half-brother, Alexander Comyn, Earl of Buchan.
Family
Jardine Comyn had at least one child. His son was named Philip.
Philip married a woman named Marjory. She was the daughter of Adam Wauchope of Culter.
