Jarosław Biernat began his career in his home country, Poland. He played for two well-known Polish clubs. First, he joined Pogoń Szczecin. This was the team from his hometown. He played there from 1982 to 1983.
After that, he moved to Legia Warsaw, which is a very famous club in Poland. He played for Legia Warsaw from 1983 to 1985. Later, in 1985, he returned to play for Pogoń Szczecin again for a short time.
Playing in Germany
In 1987, Jarosław Biernat moved to Germany to continue his football career. He joined Eintracht Frankfurt, a big club in the Bundesliga, which is Germany's top football league. He played nine games for them and scored one goal.
After his time at Eintracht Frankfurt, he played for SG Union Solingen from 1987 to 1988. He played 22 games for this club and scored five goals. He then returned to Eintracht Frankfurt for a short period in 1988-1989, playing three more games.
