Mr. Moreno Luzón has been a scholar and researcher at several famous universities. These include the National University of Distance Education (UNED) in Spain, Harvard University in the USA, and the London School of Economics and Political Science in the UK. He also worked as a deputy director at a center for political and constitutional studies (CEPC).
He started teaching at the Complutense University of Madrid in 1997. In 2012, he became a full professor. He now holds a special teaching position in the History of Thought and Social and Political Movements.
