Javier Rey was born in Noia, Galicia, Spain, on 25 February 1980. Before he started acting, he loved collecting comic books.
His acting journey began in 2001. He performed in a play called Ubú rey. In 2005, he made his first TV appearance in the series Al filo de la ley. He played a character named Darío. His first movie role was in 2008 in the film 8 Dates. Since then, he has starred in many popular Spanish TV shows and films.
