Jeff Davis (born June 13, 1975) is an American writer and television producer. He is well-known for creating the exciting TV shows Criminal Minds and Teen Wolf.

About Jeff Davis
Jeff Davis was born in Milford, Connecticut. He went to Vassar College and earned a degree in film. Later, he studied screenwriting at the University of Southern California. Before becoming a successful writer, he worked many different jobs in Los Angeles, like reading scripts and writing computer manuals. He kept working hard to sell his own stories.
His Career in TV
In 2003, Jeff Davis sold a script to CBS Television. This script later became the popular crime drama series Criminal Minds. He helped produce the show during its first season.
In 2011, MTV asked Jeff Davis to create a new version of the 1980s movie Teen Wolf. He was very excited about this project because he loves horror stories. He has said that writers like Stephen King and Thomas Harris have inspired him. He also enjoys TV shows such as The X-Files, Cheers, and Moonlighting. As the main creator, writer, and producer, Jeff Davis was the creative mind behind the Teen Wolf TV series.
After the second season of Teen Wolf, Jeff Davis worked in both Los Angeles and Atlanta, Georgia, where the show was filmed. He also worked on adapting a Swedish horror movie called Let the Right One In for American television. More recently, he signed a deal with MTV Entertainment Studios to create more shows through his company, First Cause.
