Jeffrey Wilkins, born on March 9, 1955, is a former American professional basketball player. He played in the National Basketball Association (NBA) and other leagues around the world. Standing 6 feet 11 inches tall and weighing 230 pounds, Wilkins played as a center. He was born in Chicago, Illinois. He played college basketball for the Illinois State Redbirds. The San Antonio Spurs picked him in the second round of the 1977 NBA draft in 1977.

He joined the Spurs in July 1977. However, he was released before the 1977–78 NBA season began. Wilkins played for the Hawaii Volcanos in the Continental Basketball Association (CBA) during the 1979–80 season. He was chosen for the All-CBA Second Team that year. His NBA career started in 1980 with the Utah Jazz. He spent most of his time with them. In 1986, he played part of his final year with the Spurs after a trade.

Wilkins' NBA career numbers include 7.9 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 1.0 assist per game. He also won a championship in the Turkish Basketball League with Efes Pilsen.
