Jenny's Volleyball Journey
Jenny started playing volleyball in her hometown. Her talent quickly shone through. She joined Foppapedretti Bergamo, a famous team, and found great success there.
With Foppapedretti Bergamo, she won the Italian national championship twice, in 2004 and 2006. She also became a European champion in 2005. Plus, her team won the CEV Cup in 2004 and the National Cup in 2006. These were big wins early in her career!
Playing for Italy
Jenny Barazza played more than 130 games for the Italian national team. This is a huge number of appearances! With the national team, she won the 2007 European Volleyball Championship. This was a fantastic achievement for her and her team.
During that 2007 European Championship, Jenny was even named the Best Blocker of the tournament. This award shows how skilled she was at stopping the opposing team's attacks.
Jenny also had the honor of competing in the 2004, 2008, and 2012 Summer Olympics. Playing in the Olympics is a dream for many athletes!
She currently plays for Imoco Volley Conegliano, continuing her impressive career.
