Jim Morris (born August 31, 1935 – died January 28, 2016) was a famous American bodybuilder. He was known for winning many competitions over a long career that lasted more than 30 years. Some of his most important wins include Mr. USA (1972), AAU Mr. America (1973), Mr. International (1974), and Mr. Olympia Masters Over 60 (1996).

When Jim Morris was 50 years old, he became a vegetarian. Over the next 15 years, he slowly changed his diet to become a vegan. A vegan diet means not eating any animal products, like meat, dairy, or eggs. Jim Morris believed that his vegan diet helped him stay very healthy. He continued to train regularly even when he was older.

Jim Morris started bodybuilding in September 1954. From 1974 to 1988, he worked as the personal bodyguard for the famous musician Elton John. In March 2014, a short movie about Jim Morris was released on YouTube. It was called Jim Morris: Lifelong Fitness. This film showed his long career in bodybuilding, his vegan lifestyle, and how he wanted to change ideas about older people. Jim Morris passed away on January 28, 2016, when he was 80 years old.
