Jordi Roca i Fontané was born on November 28, 1978, in Girona, Catalonia, Spain. He is a very famous pastry chef. He works at the well-known restaurant El Celler de Can Roca.
In 2014, Jordi won a special award. He was named the "World's Best Pastry Chef" by Restaurant magazine. You might have seen him on TV too! In 2018, an episode of Chef's Table: Pastry about Jordi came out on Netflix. He also taught an online class called "Plating Senses" on PastryClass in 2023.
