José Ulloa was born in 1934 in Madrid, Spain. He is a talented Spanish artist who works as a film director, screenwriter, and actor. This means he not only directs movies but also writes the stories for them and sometimes even appears in them!
He is well-known for directing a science fiction movie called El refugio del miedo (1974). This film is about a married couple living in a fallout shelter, which is a special place built to protect people from dangerous things like bombs. José Ulloa also helped write the story for Tatuaje (1978) with another famous writer, Manuel Vázquez Montalbán. Some of his other movies as a director include Juventud sin freno (1978), La amante ingenua (1977), and Andalucía chica (1989).
Besides directing, he also wrote the script and was the assistant director for the movie Tu fosa será la exacta... amigo (1972). Being an assistant director means he helped the main director a lot with organizing the filming and making sure everything ran smoothly on set.
