Jos Louis facts for kids
The Jos Louis is a popular sweet snack from Canada. It's a small cake wrapped in plastic. This tasty treat has two layers of chocolate cake with a creamy filling in the middle. All of this is covered in a yummy milk chocolate shell. It looks a bit like a chocolate version of another snack cake called the May West.
The Jos Louis was first made in 1932. It got its name from two sons of the Vachon family, Joseph and Louis. "Jos" is a shorter way to say Joseph.
