Joseph Fogerty Sr. was an important builder and architect from Limerick, Ireland in the 1800s. He was known for designing and constructing many buildings. One of his most famous projects was the Theatre Royal, Limerick, located on Henry Street.
Joseph Fogerty Sr. came from a family of builders. His sons, Robert Fogerty and George J. Fogerty, also became involved in building and architecture. From the 1870s until he passed away, Joseph worked with his son Robert in their company, called Joseph Fogerty & Son.

Joseph Fogerty Sr. helped create several important buildings during his career. Here are some of them:
