Joshua Jones was a fun British TV show made using stop motion animation. It was created by Bumper Films in 1992, the same company that made Fireman Sam!

The show is all about a happy Romani man named Joshua Jones. He lives on a canal boat with his loyal dog, Fairport. They travel along Clearwater Canal, delivering things and helping people at a place called Biggott's Wharf. They always have a great time on the water!

Joshua works for Bapu Karia, a retired Indian admiral, and Dakasha "Datsa" Karia. He also works for Wilton Cashmore, who is always trying to get rich quickly.

Joshua has many friends, like Joe Laski, a Hungarian farmer with a horse named Trojan. There's also Ravi Karia, Datsa's son, and Fiona, Mr. Cashmore's daughter, who isn't as focused on money as her dad.

His co-workers include Sharon, who runs a catering van, and Spanner, Sharon's sometimes lazy boyfriend. Daphne Peacock, the local vet, also helps out with animals.
