Josina Cornelia "Josje" Huisman (born on February 16, 1986, in Heusden, Netherlands) is a Dutch singer. She is best known for being a member of the famous girl group K3. Josje won a TV talent show called K2 zoekt K3 in 2009. She was part of the group until 2016.

Josje Huisman's Life and Career
Early Life and Education
Josje Huisman grew up in Heusden, a town in the Netherlands. Her father was a vicar. When she was a child, Josje took ballet classes at school. In 2008, she finished her studies at the Dansacademie Lucia Marthas in Groningen. She also took lessons to learn about musicals.
Joining the Group K3
Josje Huisman joined a TV talent show called K2 zoekt K3. The winner of this show would become the new third member of the very popular Belgian group, K3. This show was broadcast in both Belgium and the Netherlands.
On October 3, 2009, Josje won the talent show. She was a favorite with the viewers, the judges, and the other two members of K3. By winning, Josje officially became a member of the group.
K3's Success with Josje
The first song K3 released with Josje was called "Mamasé". It became very successful and sold many copies. After joining the group, Josje moved to Antwerp, Belgium.
While Josje was a member of K3, the group released four music albums. They also made two movies and two television shows. K3 performed in seven concert tours and one musical during this time.
Other Projects and Leaving K3
Besides her work with K3, Josje also acted in the Dutch TV series Fashion Planet in 2014. She also took part in a reality dance contest called Dansdate in 2014. Josje also performed in the musical Wickie de Viking from 2015 to 2016.
On March 18, 2015, K3 announced that the current members, including Josje, would leave the group. They decided to find new members. A new TV talent show, K3 zoekt K3, was then aired. On November 6, 2015, the three new members of K3 were chosen.
After the show, the old K3 members and the new K3 members went on a tour together. This tour was a farewell for Josje and the other original members. It was also a first tour for the new members. Josje performed for the last time as a member of K3 on May 8, 2016.
After K3: New Adventures
After leaving K3, Josje Huisman started new projects. On August 31, 2016, she released her first book, called Dresscode Josje.
On October 1, 2016, Josje was one of the celebrities who took part in a boxing contest. This event was held to promote a new TV channel called CAZ. In December 2016, she also participated in a celebrity quiz show called De Slimste Mens ter Wereld.
A new musical version of Beauty and the Beast opened on December 10, 2016. It was performed at Flanders Expo in Ghent. Josje Huisman played the main role of Belle in this musical.
