His Journey in Philosophy
He began his higher education at the University of Valencia. In 1977, he earned his degree in Philosophy. Later, he completed his PhD in Philosophy at the same university. His PhD research focused on the ideas of the famous philosopher Kant.
After his studies, Villacañas became a full professor. He taught at the University of Murcia (UM) for many years. Since 2009, he has been a professor at the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM). In this role, he teaches and researches important ideas about politics and history.
