Juan Tamariz-Martel Negrón (born October 18, 1942) is a famous magician from Spain. He is known around the world for his amazing magic tricks.

Juan Tamariz is especially famous for his close-up card magic. This is a type of magic where tricks are done very close to the audience, often with a deck of cards. People like Ricky Jay and David Blaine, who are also well-known magicians, have called him one of the greatest card magicians alive. He has performed at major magic events like FISM (Fédération Internationale des Sociétés Magiques) several times.

Tamariz is a big star on television and stage in Spain and South America. He has also written many books about magic. Six of his books have been translated into English, including The Five Points in Magic and Mnemonica.
