Julie Anne Robinson is a British director and producer who works on movies and television shows. She is known for her work in both the United Kingdom and the United States. As a director, she is like the captain of a ship, guiding the actors and the crew to bring a story to life on screen.

Career in TV and Film

Julie Anne Robinson began her career directing television shows in the U.K. She later moved to the U.S. to expand her work. To learn how American shows were made, she "shadowed" the team on the popular medical drama Grey's Anatomy. This means she followed the directors to observe and learn from them. Soon after, she directed her first U.S. television episode for that same show.
