Karl Glusman (born January 3, 1988) is an American actor. He is known for his roles in several films. These include the drama Love (2015), The Neon Demon (2016), and Nocturnal Animals (2016).

Early Life and Education
Karl Glusman was born in The Bronx, New York City. When he was six months old, his family moved. They settled in the Portland, Oregon area. His father has German Jewish roots. His mother has Irish Catholic ancestry.
Glusman went to Lake Oswego High School. After high school, he enrolled at Portland State University. However, he left after one year. He wanted to become an actor. While in college, he took acting classes. He also studied at the Portland Actors Conservatory. Later, he attended the William Esper Studio in New York City.
Acting Career Highlights
After filming a TV commercial for Adidas, Karl Glusman moved to France. There, director Gaspar Noé cast him in the film Love. This movie premiered at the 2015 Cannes Film Festival. The premiere was very popular. All 2,200 seats were sold out.
At the Cannes Festival, Glusman met director Tom Ford. Ford then cast him in the movie Nocturnal Animals (2016). In the same year, 2016, Glusman also appeared in the thriller The Neon Demon. In 2020, he acted alongside Tom Hanks. This was in the film Greyhound, directed by Aaron Schneider.
Personal Life
In 2016, Karl Glusman started a relationship with actress Zoë Kravitz. Kravitz shared in October 2018 that they had gotten engaged earlier that year. They were married on June 29, 2019. The wedding took place in Paris, France. It was at the home of Kravitz's father, musician Lenny Kravitz.
Kravitz filed for divorce on December 23, 2020. Their marriage lasted about 18 months. The divorce was officially completed in August 2021.
