- She first joined the 6th season of Survivor Greece. She showed great athleticism and a strong personality. This made her very popular with viewers. She finished in second place that season.
- Katerina returned for the next season in 2019. This time, she was declared the winner!
- In 2023, she came back for the "All Star" season (season 10). During this season, she was removed from the show along with another contestant for breaking rules.
- She joined the show again in January 2024. In the finals on June 26, 2024, she was one of the runners-up. After this season, Katerina announced that she would no longer participate in the show.
