Katrina Bowden (born September 19, 1988) is an American actress. She is best known for playing Cerie on the popular NBC comedy show 30 Rock from 2006 to 2013. For her work on the show, she and the other cast members won a Screen Actors Guild Award.
Before her big break on 30 Rock, Bowden appeared in two episodes of the TV drama One Life to Live in 2006. She has also starred in many movies, including the horror-comedy Tucker & Dale vs. Evil (2010) and the shark survival film Great White (2021). From 2019 to 2021, she played Florence "Flo" Fulton on the TV soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful.

Early Life and Career Beginnings
Katrina Bowden grew up in Wyckoff, New Jersey. She started her acting career in 2006 with a small role on the ABC television series One Life to Live. Soon after, she appeared as a guest star on popular shows like Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Ugly Betty.
Her career took off when she was cast as Cerie in the award-winning comedy series 30 Rock. At first, her character was only meant to appear in a few episodes. However, she became so popular that she was made a main character for the show's second season in 2007. Bowden was part of the 30 Rock cast until the show ended in 2013.

Success in Movies
Bowden made her first movie appearance in the 2008 comedy ... Drive. She then starred in the horror-comedy Tucker & Dale vs. Evil (2010), which received very positive reviews.
Throughout the 2010s, she acted in several other movies. These include the comedy American Reunion (2012) and horror films like Piranha 3DD (2012) and Scary Movie 5 (2013). In 2021, she starred in the Australian horror movie Great White about a group of people trying to survive a shark attack.
Return to Television

Besides her movie roles, Bowden has continued to work in television. In 2015, she had a main role in the drama series Public Morals. She also starred in the Hallmark Channel movie Love on the Slopes in 2018.
From 2019 to 2021, Bowden played Florence "Flo" Fulton on the long-running CBS show The Bold and the Beautiful. She even appeared as the same character in a special guest episode of The Young and the Restless in 2021.
Music Video Appearances
Bowden has also appeared in music videos for famous bands. You can see her in the video for "Dance, Dance" by Fall Out Boy and "Miss Jackson" by Panic! at the Disco.
Personal Life
In May 2013, Bowden married musician Ben Jorgensen from the band Armor for Sleep. They divorced in 2020.
She later began a relationship with Adam Taylor. The couple got engaged in Italy in September 2023 and married in Hawaii on November 8, 2024. In May 2025, they announced they were expecting their first child.
