Kees Driehuis (born 8 December 1951 – died 29 October 2019) was a well-known Dutch television presenter. He was famous for hosting several popular TV shows in the Netherlands.
A Career in Television
Kees Driehuis was best known for hosting the TV quiz show Per Seconde Wijzer. He presented this show for 29 years! During that time, he hosted 794 episodes, which is a huge number. His last time hosting the show was on 1 March 2018. Another presenter, Erik Dijkstra, took over from him.
Other Popular Shows
Besides the quiz show, Kees Driehuis also presented other important programs. He hosted Nova, which was a news and current affairs show. This type of show helps people understand what is happening in the world.
He also presented Buitenhof. This was a Sunday talk show where people discussed politics and important topics. It helped viewers learn about different ideas and opinions.
