Keith Russell is a Canadian politician from Newfoundland and Labrador. He once served as a special minister for Labrador and Indigenous (Aboriginal) affairs. He was first elected to the Newfoundland and Labrador House of Assembly in 2011. This is like being elected to a provincial parliament.
