Kenya Summer Moore (born January 24, 1971) is an American television personality and actress. She is famous for winning the Miss USA 1993 beauty pageant. Since 2012, she has been a star on the reality TV show, The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
Kenya has also appeared in many movies and TV shows. Some of these include Waiting to Exhale (1995), Deliver Us from Eva (2003), The Steve Harvey Show (1998), Girlfriends (2004), The Celebrity Apprentice (2015), Dancing with the Stars (2021), and Special Forces: World's Toughest Test (2023).

Early Life and Education
Kenya Moore was born in Detroit, Michigan. She was raised by her grandmother and aunt. Kenya went to Cass Technical High School, graduating in 1989.
After high school, Kenya attended Wayne State University. There, she studied psychology and also took classes in communication.

Modeling and Pageant Success
Kenya started modeling when she was just 14 years old. In January 1992, she was featured on the cover of Ebony Man magazine. She also modeled for the Ebony Fashion Fair cosmetic line.
Kenya has been on the covers of other popular magazines too. These include Glamour, Seventeen, Ebony, and Essence.
When she was 22, Kenya won the title of Miss Michigan USA in 1993. Soon after, she became the second African American woman to win Miss USA. She then represented the United States in the Miss Universe 1993 competition, where she placed in the top six.
Acting in Movies and TV Shows
Kenya Moore has acted in many television shows. Some of her roles were in The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, The Steve Harvey Show, and Girlfriends. She also appeared in music videos for artists like Jermaine Dupri, Nas, and Tupac.

In June 2017, Kenya Moore married businessman Marc Daly. In April 2018, they announced they were expecting a child. Their daughter was born on November 4, 2018. Kenya and Marc Daly divorced in June 2024.
