Khanewal District (which in Urdu is called Urdu: ضلع خانیوال) is a special area, or district, located in the Punjab province of Pakistan. The main city and capital of this district is Khanewal. It's a place where many people live and work, contributing to the life of the Punjab region.
How Khanewal District is Managed
Every district needs someone to look after it and make sure things run smoothly. In Khanewal District, the main person in charge used to be called the District Coordination Officer (DCO).
