Kinoto Saito (斉藤 乙, Saitō Kinoto, born July 8, 1976) is a former Japanese football (soccer) player. He played as a midfielder, which is a player who helps both defend and attack on the field. Kinoto Saito was born on July 8, 1976, in Iwate, Japan. He started his football journey playing for youth teams.

Kinoto Saito began playing football at a young age. From 1992 to 1993, he played for the youth team of Verdy Kawasaki. In 1994, he moved to the youth team of Bellmare Hiratsuka. After that, he played for Rissho University from 1995 to 1998.
Playing Professionally: Club Career
Kinoto Saito started his professional football career in 2000. He played for a club called Grünwald until 2003.
In 2004, he joined Mito HollyHock. This team plays in the J2 League, which is one of Japan's professional football leagues. During his time there, he played in one Emperor's Cup match in 2004. The Emperor's Cup is a big knockout competition in Japanese football.
In 2005, while still with Mito HollyHock, he also played for Grulla Morioka. He joined them on loan, which means he played for them temporarily. This team was part of the Japanese Regional Leagues.
