Early Days and Youth Teams
From 1992 to 1993, Kinoto Saito played for the youth team of Verdy Kawasaki. In 1994, he moved to the youth team of Bellmare Hiratsuka. After that, he played for Rissho University from 1995 to 1998.
Professional Club Career
Kinoto Saito started his professional career in 2000. He played for Grünwald until 2003.
In 2004, he joined Mito HollyHock, a club in the J2 League. During his time there, he played in one Emperor's Cup match in 2004.
In 2005, while still with Mito HollyHock, he also played on loan for Grulla Morioka. This team was part of the Japanese Regional Leagues.
From 2007 to 2013, Kinoto Saito played for FC Ganju Iwate. He played in the Japanese Prefectural Leagues and later in the Japanese Regional Leagues with this club. He scored 8 goals in 7 games during the 2007 season for FC Ganju Iwate.
Kinoto Saito retired from playing football after the 2013 season.
