Kirsten Miller (born in 1973) is an American author. She is best known for creating the exciting Kiki Strike book series. Her first book in this series, Kiki Strike: Inside the Shadow City, was released in 2006. The second book, The Empress's Tomb, followed in 2007.

The Kiki Strike series tells the adventures of a girl named Kiki Strike, her friend Ananka Fishbein, and their group in New York City. Kirsten Miller got the idea for her first book from a real event. In 2001, a lawn in Manhattan collapsed, showing a secret underground room. This inspired her to write about hidden tunnels and rooms beneath the city. She created Kiki Strike and her friends, called the Irregulars, to explore these secret passageways. The Irregulars are named after Sherlock Holmes' helpers, the Baker Street Irregulars.

Kirsten Miller has also written other book series. Her series The Eternal Ones began in 2010. She also worked with actor Jason Segel on the Nightmares! series for children. The first book in this series came out in 2014. Kirsten Miller lives and works in New York City.
