The Kite Museum (which is Muzium Layang-Layang in Malay) is a super cool place in Malacca City, Malacca, Malaysia, where you can learn all about kites! It first opened its doors in September 1995. A special person named Mohd Zin Abdul Ghani, who was the Chief Minister of Malacca at the time, officially opened it.
The museum is located on the upper floor of an old building. This building was once used by the Malacca City Council. It was built in the 1960s, and people believe it stands on top of the remains of an even older Dutch building. This same building also has two other museums: the People's Museum and the Beauty Museum.
