Klas Inge "Klabbe" Ingesson (born August 20, 1968 – died October 29, 2014) was a famous Swedish football player and manager. He was mostly known for playing as a midfielder. Klas also played for the Swedish national team many times. He even played in the 1990 and 1994 FIFA World Cups. Later in his life, he became a football manager.

Early Life and Club Career
Klas started playing football at a young age. From 1975 to 1986, he played for Ödeshögs IK as a youth. His professional career began in 1986 with IFK Göteborg in Sweden. He played there for four years.
After playing in Sweden, Klas moved to Belgium. He joined Mechelen in 1990. He then played for PSV Eindhoven in the Netherlands. In 1994, he moved to England to play for Sheffield Wednesday.
Klas spent a lot of his career playing in Italy. He played for Bari from 1996 to 1998. After that, he joined Bologna. He also had a short time playing for Marseille in France. His last club was Lecce in Italy.
Playing for Sweden
Klas Ingesson was a very important player for the Swedish national team. He played for his country 57 times. He scored 13 goals for Sweden.
He represented Sweden in big international tournaments. These included the 1990 FIFA World Cup and the 1994 FIFA World Cup. He also played in the 1992 European Championship. The 1994 World Cup was a special moment. Sweden finished third, winning a bronze medal.
