In 2006, Klinke Brothers stopped making "Angel Food" ice cream themselves. They allowed another company, Yarnell Ice Cream Co. (Yarnell's), to make and sell it. This meant Klinke Brothers could focus more on their Baskin Robbins ice cream shops. They help run many Baskin Robbins stores.

The main offices for Klinke Brothers are in Memphis. They are located near Interstate 240. If you fly into or out of Memphis International Airport, you might even see their building from the plane!
The Giant Ice Cream Tub
In July 1987, something really cool was added to their main office. It was a huge ice cream tub! Preston Klinke, one of the company leaders, said it cost over $15,000. But it was a great advertisement and paid for itself quickly.
Because Klinke Brothers stopped making "Angel Food" ice cream, the giant tub got a makeover. In 2009, it was changed to look like a Baskin Robbins tub. A company from Savannah, Tennessee called Design Team did the work. They used a crane to move the tub. Then they changed the logo in just three days. After that, the crane moved the tub back to its spot.
