Knittelfeld District facts for kids
The Knittelfeld District was a special area, like a county, in the state of Styria in Austria. It was an important part of the country's local government. On January 1, 2012, the Knittelfeld District joined with another nearby district called Judenburg. Together, they formed a new, larger district known as the Murtal District. This change helped to make the local government more efficient.
