Koichi Nakazato was born in Saitama Prefecture, Japan, on August 31, 1973. After finishing high school, he joined his hometown football club, Urawa Reds, in 1992. The Urawa Reds are a well-known team in Japan.
His Time on the Field
Koichi Nakazato made his first professional appearance on October 3, 1992. This happened during the 1992 J.League Cup tournament. He played against a team called Nagoya Grampus Eight. However, after this first game, he did not get to play in any more matches. He decided to retire from football at the end of the 1994 season.
