Starting His Career
Koji Nakazato began his football journey in his hometown. He joined the youth team of Shonan Bellmare in 1998. This team was part of the J2 League, which is a professional football league in Japan.
Playing for Shonan Bellmare
In 2000, Koji Nakazato officially joined the senior team of Shonan Bellmare. He made his first appearance in a professional match that same year. By 2001, he became a regular player for the team. He often played as a side midfielder, helping both attack and defense.
Dealing with Injuries
Unfortunately, Koji faced some challenges with injuries during his career. In 2002, he injured his shoulder, which meant he couldn't play in many matches that year. He worked hard to recover and returned to play.
