Koji Seki (関 浩二, Seki Koji, born June 26, 1972) is a former professional Japanese football player. He was born on June 26, 1972, in Ome, a city in Tokyo, Japan. Koji Seki played as a forward during his career.

Koji Seki's Football Journey

Koji Seki started his football journey in 1990. He joined the youth team of Yomiuri, which later became known as Verdy Kawasaki. Even though he was part of the team, he didn't get to play in any official matches during his time there.

Moving to New Teams

In 1994, Koji Seki made a big move. He joined Tokyo Gas, a club in the Japan Football League. This move was a turning point for him. He quickly became a regular player and a key forward for the team. He scored many goals, often working with another great player named Amaral.

After his successful time at Tokyo Gas, he moved to Bellmare Hiratsuka in 1996. He played for this team for a couple of years.

Later Career and Retirement

In June 1998, Koji Seki returned to his former club, Tokyo Gas. However, his second time there was short. In October of the same year, he moved to Consadole Sapporo. This club was not doing very well at the time. Unfortunately, Consadole Sapporo was moved down to the J2 League at the end of the 1998 season.

Koji Seki continued to play for Consadole Sapporo in the J2 League. He decided to retire from professional football at the end of the 1999 season. Throughout his career, he played in 132 matches and scored 53 goals.
