Koki Yonekura (米倉 恒貴, Yonekura Kōki, born May 17, 1988 in Inage-ku, Chiba) is a Japanese footballer. He plays as a right full-back for JEF United Chiba. Sometimes, he also plays as an attacking midfielder.
He played for JEF United from 2007 to 2013.

Koki Yonekura's Club Career
Starting with JEF United Chiba
Koki Yonekura grew up in Chiba, Japan. After finishing high school, he joined his local football team, JEF United Chiba, in 2007. He played for JEF United for seven years. For two of those years, the team was in Japan's top league, the J1 League. For the other five years, they played in the J2 League.
He played over 150 games for JEF United and scored 20 goals. He was a key player for the team.
Moving to Gamba Osaka
In 2013, Koki Yonekura played a great game against Gamba Osaka. Even though Gamba Osaka lost that game, they still won the J2 League championship that year. Gamba Osaka was so impressed with Yonekura that they signed him for their team in 2014. This was when Gamba Osaka returned to the J1 League.
Winning Trophies with Gamba Osaka
His first year with Gamba Osaka was amazing. The team won three major trophies in Japan: the J1 League title, the J.League Cup, and the Emperor's Cup. This is called a "domestic treble." Koki Yonekura played in 34 games that season and scored 3 goals. He was an important part of the team's success.
In 2015, Gamba Osaka continued to do well. They won the Emperor's Cup again and also the Japanese Super Cup. They even reached the semi-finals of the AFC Champions League, which is a big competition for Asian clubs. Koki Yonekura played nearly 50 games across five different competitions that year.
Later Years at Gamba Osaka
Between 2016 and 2018, Gamba Osaka did not win any more trophies. Koki Yonekura continued to play regularly, often sharing his position with another player, Oh Jae-suk. In 2017, he played in fewer league games. However, in 2018, he started playing more often again. He scored one goal in 26 games, helping Gamba Osaka finish 9th in the league.
Returning to JEF United Chiba
In 2019, Koki Yonekura returned to his first club, JEF United Chiba, on loan. He then joined them permanently in 2020. He continues to play for JEF United Chiba as of 2025.
Koki Yonekura's International Career
Playing for Japan
On July 23, 2015, Koki Yonekura was called up to play for the Japan national football team. The coach, Vahid Halilhodžić, selected him for the 2015 EAFF East Asian Cup. He played in two games during this tournament. Japan finished in 4th place in the competition.
